Start with facts, not judgment
Begin with tasks actually completed and focus time you recorded. Separate planned work from unexpected work. Task counts do not capture all value, and unfinished tasks do not necessarily mean failure. First establish the facts, then ask whether the workload, estimates or priorities changed.
Inspect estimation gaps
Compare estimated effort with recorded effort to spot types of work you repeatedly underestimate. Keep missing data uncertain rather than inventing precise numbers. Several weeks of records can tell you more about your working rhythm than a conclusion based on one productive or difficult day.
Carryover is not a copy operation
Decide whether each unfinished item should continue, move to another date or no longer be pursued. Keep tasks with a clear next step and split work that is too large. Waiting for an external dependency should not consume the day's entire priority list. Let new decisions shape next week.
Make one small experiment
Choose one change to test: fewer daily commitments, a different time for important work or more time for tasks you underestimate. Review whether it helped the following week. The app keeps your records and plans; deciding what is worth doing remains your responsibility.
